Manisha is an experienced investment professional with a proven track record of driving value through strategic capital allocation, operational efficiency, and deep sector insight. Prior to joining FortCay, she spent over 15 years in investment management, private equity, and corporate strategy roles, with a focus on energy, infrastructure, and global supply chain optimization.

She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and CPA (Canada) designations. Her approach is data-driven and results-oriented, with experience spanning both public and private markets. She is passionate about building resilient investment platforms that deliver long-term value.

Originally from Canada and now a proud Caymanian, Manisha serves on the board of directors of the CFA Society Cayman Islands and is actively involved in advancing the local finance and leadership community.
